Personalised Orders
All Butter and Moon products are personalised.
Please ensure all personalisation details (such as names, initials, and spelling) are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to make changes once your order has entered production.
Because each piece is made just for you, small variations may occur — this is part of what makes every item unique.
Orders & Production
Once your order is placed, it will be confirmed via email.
All items require a production time of approximately [10-14 business days] before shipping.
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via our courier partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Butter and Moon is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48–72 hours of receiving your order and we will assist you.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order will already be in production and cannot be modified.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in ZAR.
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Product Care
Our pieces are made with care and designed to be loved for a long time.
Care instructions:
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care or washing.
