Shipping policy

All Butter and Moon pieces are made to order. Please allow 10 business days for production before shipping.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via courier. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically take 2–5 business days within South Africa.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details.

If your parcel is delayed or returned, we will always assist where possible.
